Dr. Alexander Mirtchev (Александр Мирчев) is the founder and president of Krull Corporation, a global strategic solutions provider built on his extensive professional experience in market reform and development. Dr. Mirtchev (Мирчев) draws on a diverse and accomplished background—having elevated himself from modest origins along the Black Sea in Bulgaria to substantial financial and political achievement in Europe and the United States As a figure in the international realm, Dr. Mirtchev (Мирчев) has spent decades running or consulting various multi-national private and public organizations. He has also worked on the resolution of critical geopolitical issues, and is looked to for counsel by leading decision makers worldwide.
In addition to his position at Krull Corp., Dr. Mirtchev is Co-Chairman of the joint Business Council of Krull Corp. and GlobalOptions, a high-end risk-mitigation services corporation that is publicly traded on the NASDAQ exchange.

Alexander Mirtchev (Александр Мирчев) has a distinguished academic career. He served as Senior Research Fellow and member of the Academic council of the National Public Center of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Bulgarian Parliament; Adjunct Professor at St. Kliment Ohridski University, Sofia, Bulgaria; Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of Europe, Russian Academy of Sciences; Doctor Emeritus of the University of Foreign Trade and Finance, Ukraine; Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
Dr. Mirtchev obtained an LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Law at the National Law Center of the George Washington University, Washington, DC, and has a Ph.D. from the St. Kliment Ohridski University, Sofia, Bulgaria. He studied economics and finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Washington Institute of World Politics, Boston University, and Harvard Business School.
Dr. Mirtchev has served as editor and publisher of academic and professional journals. He is the author of four monographs and numerous articles.
